Gestavia Expands Ground Handling Operations in Madeira

Funchal, Portugal — June 18, 2026 — Gestavia today announced the expansion of its ground handling operations across Madeira, strengthening its position as Portugal’s largest airport services network.

The expansion adds dedicated ramp teams, additional GSE and extended operating hours at Funchal (LPMA) and Porto Santo (LPPS), ensuring faster turnarounds for both commercial and business aviation traffic.

The reinforced operation is effective immediately and covers passenger and crew transport, into-plane services and full FBO coordination.
